Portal Pinball is open with limited hours and a couple of requirements to try and keep us all safe.
The Basics of Phase 1 (temporary)
*All guests must wash hands first
*All guests must wear face-covering properly
*No food or drinks inside
*Only paying customers inside
*Temporary change in hours
*Temporary change in price
We have put in a small sink upfront, so when you first come in, please WASH YOUR HANDS with soap and water. We are also REQUIRING EVERYONE to wear a mask. A cloth mask is perfectly acceptable, and if you don’t have a mask we will provide a surgical style. Everyone must wear it correctly, not around the neck or off the nose. We are strictly enforcing this policy. If you have issues like anxiety and etc wearing a mask. We would recommend you wait until possibly PHASE 2.
2 and 4 player arcade games (Turtles, NBA JAM, T2..) where players are shoulder to shoulder should be played by people from the same households only. We are going to be encouraging distancing when possible and standing away taking turns if playing pinball and etc. with people playing every other game.
There will be NO food or drinks allowed. We are also NOT selling any food or drinks during PHASE 1. We don’t want our friends touching machines then touching food or drinks that have you removing your mask to consume.
No kids under 6. Kids also have to wear a mask, so if they can’t keep one on then we are going to ask them not to come during our PHASE 1 reopening. Also, if you aren’t playing you are not allowed to stand and watch or hang around inside the arcade since space will be temporarily limited. There will be a limit to the number of people allowed at once. At Portal, we are trying to adapt like many other small businesses to this unique situation so we can remain in business while also helping keep our community safe.
We have secured masks, sanitizers, and other cleaners and will be vigilant about keeping our establishment as clean as possible. We have families we all want to safely return home to.
We all know these are uncertain times and that comes with inherent risk. Portal will not be held responsible and we have signage posted. You will be PLAYING AT YOUR OWN RISK.
During this time we are going to have a temporary change in the prices. $10 an hour and $18 for two. A disposable mask is included with each entry fee*. All-day passes are not valid and available during this phase.
*You’re welcome to wear your own face covering but this doesn’t affect the price.

About Portal Pinball Arcade
Pinball is back.
After almost dying out, the pinball and video games from “last century’s” arcades are making a comeback.
Interest in retro gaming is growing. Portal Pinball Arcade is not only bringing back these nostalgic games to a generation that spent many a quarter in arcades when they were growing up, but we are also introducing vintage and new games to a contemporary generation of players.
Pinball machines and arcade games are my hobbies and my passion and Portal Pinball Arcade is a chance for me to share them and provide a great meeting place for new players and folks that grew up in the arcades of the 70’s and 80’s.
